One-Account-Per-User Policies

Each user is limited to one account on Sankra. We reserve the right to close or restrict multiple accounts held by a single individual for any reason deemed necessary.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

We regret that should you wish to reverse these restrictions, this may only be done through customer service once an extended period (3 months) has elapsed since your account being disabled.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

Upon termination we will endeavour to refund all cleared funds immediately following account suspension.

All Sankra-related intellectual property rights are vested in our company. Our logo, branding materials, design elements remain exclusive proprietary assets and are not for reproduction purposes by any individuals outside of commercial relationships entered into under an agreement with management approved through the official means outlined on this website.

By accessing our platform or making a deposit you acknowledge that we shall have no further responsibility towards users who break applicable copyright laws by using these materials in violation of any rights reserved to protect said assets; please follow all relevant notice of property notices provided when using online services.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide secure, fair and regulated gaming experiences. Nonetheless where unavoidable risks do arise Sankra will assume liability under these circumstances:

  1. Direct loss arising due negligence by employees staff members.
  2. Indirect damages incurred as a direct result of actions or inactions taken with malicious intent by any users towards other gamblers.
